We ensure that your merchandise will be packed and shipped with the utmost care. All Orders are shipped via UPS direct from Kincades Fine Foods to your door from our administrative and fulfillment headquarters in Almonte, Ontario, Canada --- where our team will make every effort to ensure your order is shipped the same day, provided it is paid for by credit card and without complication. When UPS has picked up your Order from our administrative and fulfillment headquarters we will send you an e-mail indicating that your order is now en-route and we will provide you with the Waybill#(s) allowing you to track your shipment.
In some instances, shipping may be delayed as the result of payment complications which may include but are not limited to: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information that is inconsistent with what's on your credit card record, and orders that we are unable to verify by telephone.
It is important to understand that UPS will not deliver goods to Post Office Boxes. For this reason, it is essential that you provided us with an address where someone will be available to sign for, and receive, the shipment during typical business hours. Couriers neither specify, nor, will they guarantee any specific delivery time. For this reason, it remains your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address. In the event of a failed/missed delivery, your order will be held at the UPS warehouse/service depot in your area. In rare occasions, merchandise deemed undeliverable may be returned to us; in this circumstance you will be responsible and accountable for any and all fees/delivery charges we incur as the result of a returned/failed shipment.
Freight and Shipping charges applicable to your order are calculated (at time of order placement) using data supplied to the Kincades Fine Foods web site direct from UPS (United Parcel Service) in real-time. Each Kincades customer is provided with (3) three Delivery Options at the time of placing an order. The UPS delivery options offered to Kincades clients include:
The shipping/freight charges associated with shipping your order directly reflects the Delivery Option you had selected when placing your Order.
Should Duties and/or Brokerage Fees apply to your Order, these costs remain outside the Shipping/Freight fees being charged and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Please allow the minimum delivery time to elapse prior to requesting further information concerning the status/location of your order. Please note that any ‘Order in Transit’ may be tracked using the UPS Shipment Tracking Tool.
